     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by authorized representative of complainant as well as counsel for OP No.2 on 12.05.2022, the matter has been settled between the parties. In view of the statement of authorized representative of complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. Statement made by the parties on 12.05.2022 shall form a part of this order.
