Case called several times since morning but neither the complainant nor any Advocate/Authorized Representative appeared on his behalf despite issuance of court notice to the complainant. It is worthwhile to mention here that the complainant has not been appearing before this commission for the last three dates. It is already 3.30. No further wait is justified, therefore, it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint further. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
