At this stage written complaint is filed in physical form. Perused. Complainant is resident of North-East District Delhi. The complaint is also addressed to DCDRC, North-East. OP1 office is at Bangalore and OP2 is having its office at South Delhi. Therefore apparently this Commission does not have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. Ld. Counsel for complainant submitted that he has filed the complaint in North-East District but does not know as to how it has reached this Commission. He pray that the same be return to him with liberty to file the same before the Commission on the appropriate jurisdiction. Allowed. Compliant is ordered to be returned to the complainant with liberty to file the same before the Commission of appropriate jurisdiction.
