As per Office report of Ahlmad, Correct Address of OP No.2 not filed sofar. Perusal of the record shows that the complainant is not appearing since the day whent the notice was ordered to be issued to the OPs. Thereafter on 31.1.2022, Sh.Sandeep Sharma, Adv. filed MOA for Complainant. He appeared in some hearing but after 15.6.2022, he also did not appear nor the correct address of OP No.2 was filed. Today also, neither the complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present nor correct address of OP No.2 filed despite number of opportunities. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of due to non-prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
