1. Flipkart internet Pvt., Ltd., Vaishnavi Summit, ground floor, 7^th main, 80 feet road 3^rd block Koramangala, Bengluru-560034, Karnataka, through its managing director.
2. UCO Bank Ltd., having its branch at shakti colony Karnal through its Branch Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  None for the complainant.

                OP-1 exparte vide order dated 11.07.2022.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP-2. No anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. Notice could not be issued for want of correct address. Position remained the same on the last twelve adjourned dates. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as complaint pertains to year 2020.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
