O r d e r  Dt. 07.07. 2023.

            The record is put up today on the basis of one “ Memo “ filed by the complainant on 07.07.2023 for the purpose of to withdraw the consumer complaint bearing C.C.Case No.133/ 2023 through E-Dakhil/ E-filing portal  (Consumer Commission).  In the Memo, the complainant, is  stating that he does not want to proceed with the case because the matter has been settled as ex-curia between both the parties. Heard the Memo. As the complainant is satisfied with the O.Ps and does not want to proceed with the case, this Commission has no hesitation to allow the Memo filed by the complainant. Hence the Memo is allowed and the consumer complaint is withdrawn in view of the settlement of the claim between both the parties.

Accordingly, the Consumer Complaint ( E-filing) case No.133/2023 is hereby disposed of .
