2. Sane Retails Pvt., Ltd., Rectangle no.06, rectangle no.07, rectangle no.08, rectangle no.13, village Khalikpur tehsil Badli District Jhajjar, FC-Farukhnagar, Jhajjar through its Managing Director.
3. E.Kart Pvt., Ltd., 15-A, cross road, Yelahanka satellite town, Yelahanka, Banluru-560039 through its Managing Director.
4. E.Kart Pvt., Ltd., 15-A, cross road, Yelahanka satellite town, Yelahanka, Banluru-560039, having its Branch office at Anjanthali road, Taraori District Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Sudarshan Patlan, counsel for the complainant.

 

       Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

      At this stage, complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.       

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
