Separate vakalatnamas on behalf of OPs  has been filed.

                    Counsel for the OP No.2 is ready to pay Rs.6000/- in cash to the complainant and also states that  the complainant can retain the product in question with him.   The complainant has received the amount of Rs.6000/- in cash towards full and final settlement of the case.

                   In this view of the matter the complainant has appended a note on the complaint itself that  he wants to withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                    Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
