Complainant and Opposite Party-2 & 3 filed compromise dated 13.01.2017 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-2 & 3 to replace the disputed product with a new with fresh warranty of one year and as per settlement OP-2 & 3 have paid Rs. 2,000/- to the complainant as litigation cost & compensation etc. as against full & final settlement. The complainant will return disputed product original job-sheet with all accessories to the OP-2 & 3.

This order shall be complied with by OP-2 & 3 within a period of 30 days. The case of the complainant is disposed off as settled. File be consigned to record room.
