                                    The complainant took no step.

                                    OP No. 2 and 3 took no step.

                                    It reveals from the record that the complainant is not taking steps since 12.12.2019 till date.

                                    It also indicates that after getting several opportunities the complainant did not turn up before this commission.

Accordingly we are of the view that complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this case. Hence, ordered that the instant Consumer Case being no. 108/2017  is hereby dismissed for default.
