ORDER

Counsel for the OPs No3&4 has offered to refund the price of the handset in question i.e. Rs.4,999./- to the complainant, which shall be paid by the OP No.3  within 30 days from today towards full and final settlement of the case.  In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                        The counsel for the complainant has accepted the offer of the counsel for the OP No.3 and as such wants to withdraw the complaint in view of the above offer of the counsel for the OPs No.3&4. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint. 

                        Counsel for the complainant further states that the cheque/demand draft be issued in the name of ‘Prema Kumari’ as the name of the complainant is Prema Kumari in her bank account.

                        In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP No.3.  shall pay a sum of Rs.4,999./- to the complainant towards refund of the handset in question within 30 days  from today failing which the OPs No.3. shall pay the same amount alongwith Rs.100/- per day from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                        OP No.3 is directed to issue cheque/demand draft in the name of ‘Prema Kumari’ as requested by her counsel.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
