Present:- None for the Complainant.

 

Perusal of record shows that in this complaint, as per report of Ahlmad, Notice was sent to Opposite Party by Regd.Post on 19.01.2024, received back with report “Left without address” and case was adjourned for the service of opposite party on furnishing correct address. From the last three dates of hearing, i.e. since 27.03.2024 till today neither the complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present nor correct address of OP has been filed by the complainant inspite of availing number of opportunities. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing the case. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed U/o 9 rule 2 CPC for non-filing correct address of Opposite Party. File be consigned to the record room.
