| Final Order / Judgement | Vijay Vs. Flipkart Present: Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Raghav Batra, Advocate for the complainant. Sh. Sunny Arora, Advocate for the opposite parties. File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite parties suffered a statement that matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs. 31,490/- (Rupees thirty one thousand four hundred ninety only) and opposite parties will make the aforesaid payment to the complainant with in a period of 15 days from the date of order. Complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and gone through the contents of aforesaid statement. He further stated that he agrees with the same and he has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed off accordingly. In view of statement made by complainant and learned counsel for the opposite parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat, with directions to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs. 31,490/- (Rupees thirty one thousand four hundred ninety only) to the complainant within 15 days, failing which the opposite parties shall be liable to pay the settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA from today i.e. 11.12.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
