Complainant is  present   personally   &   filed   a   petition   vide  no-   2916/23  &   prayed   that   to    withdraw   the   complaint  petition    U/O-  23   Rule -1    (3)   of the   Civil   P.Code   1908   &  to     seek    liberty   to  file   the   complaint   petition    a    fresh  as  the  basic  &   formal   defect   of  this     complaint   petition   which   will      hamper  the    adjudication    of  the   case.   Prayer   for  withdrawal   of  this    complaint   petition    is  allowed.   Complainant     is  allowed to  file  a fresh    complaint  petition  if  he     desire. Accordingly, case   is   dismissed  on  withdrawal.
