Present:- Complainant in Person.

As per order of the Hon'ble State Commission No.SCDRC/PB/2023/5279 dated 6.7.2023, today the Ld. President has gone to District Consumer Commission Kapurthala on additional charge. Today, Statement of Sh.Shandar Bharti, Complainant in Person recorded that he withdraws the present complaint (through E-Dakhil) on technical issues and reserve his right to file fresh complaint at the appropriate time. Hence the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
