2. Buzz Retail Indai Pvt. Ltd. Sunsat Warehousing Pvt. Ltd. Hadbast No. 23, Village Sanpka, Tehsil Farukhnagar, Gurugram, Haryana-122503.
3. Nokia Pvt. Ltd. Office at 7^th Floor, Building 9-A, Cyber City DLF, Phase-III, Gurugram, District Gurugram.

                Sh. Suresh Maan, Advocate for OP No. 1.

                OPs No. 2 and 3 ex parte.

 

                 Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1 made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties in Pre National Lok Adalat and as per the compromise he agree to pay Rs.2,500/- to the complainant Amit Sharma within 15 days from today. 

                Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement that in view of the statement suffer by the opposite party No. 1 and he accept a sum of Rs.2,500/- from OP No. 1. So, he withdraws the present complaint as fully satisfied in Pre national Lok Adalat.

Heard. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1 and Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to complainant and  opposite party No. 1 free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
