           During the intervening period i.e.on 3.6.2019, complainant Prof.Dr.Balwinder Singh filed application stating therein that he has to shifted to Mohali for his treatment and due to this reason, it will not possible for him to come to this Forum on 11.6.2019. Moreover, the LG Machine was received by him and he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint.

           Since the complainant has received the LG machine from the opposite party and he does not want to proceed further with the present. Present complaint filed by the complainant has become infructuous and is hereby disposed of accordingly. File be consigned to the record room.
