                        Today the execution application is fixed for furnishing fresh address of the Op No.2. Perusal of file reveals that order under execution has been complied with by the Op No.1 and on 15.12.2016, bailable warrants was issued to the Op No.2 for 25.01.2017 which was received back with the report that Left. The complainant was directed to furnish fresh address within three days and thereafter, fresh bailable warrants was to be issued for 06.03.2017. But neither the complainant furnished fresh address of the Op NO.2 nor the bailable warrants was issued to the Op No.2 and the case was adjourned for today for furnishing fresh address of the Op No.2. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4 PM. But there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant and no fresh address of the Op No.2 filed. Due to non-furnishing of correct address of the Op No.2, service of the Op No.2 cannot be affected. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his present execution application. Hence, the present execution application is hereby dismissed. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
