  1. Flipkart Pvt. Ltd. Head Office at embassy Tech Village Bengaluru Karnataka.
  2. The Consulting Rooms Pvt. Ltd. 1106-1107, 11th Floor Kailash building 26, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Cannaught Place, New Delhi through its Manager.
  3. M/s Suvidha Applicances registered office at Village Akhanwali, Morepen Road Baddi (173205) through its authorizes representative/manager.

                Ld. Counsel for OP No. 1. Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1 made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise he agree to pay Rs.1376/- to the complainant Ramesh Chand within 30 days from today. 

                Sh. Naman Goel, Advocate for complainant made a statement that in view of the statement suffer by Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1, he accept a sum of Rs.1376/- from OP No. 1. So, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraw the same being compromised.

Heard. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1 and statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
