       Both sides present.  Matter  settled between the parties  for an amount of Rs.7000/- to  be paid by OP to the complainant within one month from today.  If the admitted amount of Rs.7000/- will not be payable by OP within one month, Rs.7000/- carries 12% interest  per annum from today itself till realization.  Hence the case is decreed.  Complaint is closed.  Settlement condition becomes  part of decreed , complainant can execute the decree.
