Present:        Ms. Rajbala Khyalia, Advocate for complainant.

1.                 Today Ld. counsel for complainant has got recorded her statement, recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has compromised between complainant and OP No.1 in Rs.4000/- (Rs. four thousand) which received through  Cashier’s Order dated 15.10.2024 and thus withdraws the present complaint.

2.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File be consigned to the records, in due course.
