Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Deepanshu Tuteja, Advocate for OP no.1 to 3

                   Sh.  Shashikant , Advocate for OP no.4.

ORDER

                        Learned counsel for the OP no.1 to 3 has made a statement that the OP no.1 has compromised and settled the said complaint with the complainant for full and final settlement of Rs.59,568/-. The OP no.1 shall pay the said amount within 10 days from the date of this order.

                        The complainant has made a statement that he has read and heard the above-mentioned statement given by learned counsel for the OP no.1 to 3. According to that, the matter has been full & final settled in Rs.59,568/-.           

                        Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for OP no.1&3  and complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off with the direction the Flipkart Internet Private Limited shall make the payment of Rs. Rs.59,568/- within 10 days from the date of passing of the order, if the Flipkart Internet Private Limited fails to make the payment of aforesaid amount within 10 days, the Flipkart Internet Private Limited shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of passing of the order till payment.

                         Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. It is directed that both the parties shall remain bound by their own statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned after due compliance.
