Present:           Complainant in person.

                        Sh. Sunny Goyat, Advocate for OP.

 

                        Power of attorney on behalf of OP filed today. Today learned counsel for OP made a statement, recorded separately, that the matter between the parties to the complaint has settled  in Rs.1500/-(Rs. one thousand five hundred) which shall be paid by OP within 30 days from the receipt of copy of this order.

                        On the other side, complainant agreed with the statement withdraws the present complaint vide his separately given statement.

                        In view of the above statements, this complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
