Complainant absent. No representation for the complainant. Opposite party represented. Inspite of sending notice to the complainant with a direction to be present and adduce evidence if any and the notice was served the complainant is absent. Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in proceeding with this case. The documents produced along with the complaint is only unattested photo copies. As the originals of those documents are not produced, it cannot be marked in evidence. There is absolutely no evidence to prove the allegations in the complaint.
In the result complaint stands dismissed.
No costs.
