[1]     This complaint was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice of the complainant is returned back with endorsement “Left”.  Present complaint is pending since 2002.  No latest address of the complainant is available with this Commission.  Complainant has not informed its latest address to the Commission.  It is not desirable to prolong the old matter when the complainant is not interested to contest the complaint diligently. No one turned up on behalf of the complainant to make enquiry about progress of this complaint.  So also, this State Commission has no means to find out the latest address of the complainant.  Hence, complaint stands dismissed in default.  No order as to costs
