ORDER

     Sh.Saroj Kumar Singh has appeared as Asstt.Manager/Representative of OPs and submitted photocopy of his authorization letter alongwith resolution. He has also submitted photocopy of settlement agreement between the parties.

     Today, Sh.Navneet Jindal, Counsel for Complainant has made an endorsement on the last order sheet that he has received the DD bearing No.22747 dated 5.9.17 amounting to Rs.9,152/- for three cases (jointly) and thus he withdraws the present case subject to realization. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn subject to realization of draft.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
