On the strength of a call for petition filed by Advocate for complainant record is put up today. Complainant appeared in person & files a petition to withdraw the case as O.Ps have settled the dispute out of the Court.

Heard on perusal of record it is found that notices have been issued to O.Ps & date  has been fixed for appearance & filing of written version  by O.Ps. In the mean while complainant files a petition to withdraw the case. As complainant is satisfied with the O.Ps & does not went to proceed with the case, we have no hesitation to allow the petition filed by the complainant. Accordingly the petition is allowed. The complainant is withdrawn in view of settlement of the issue between the parties & satisfaction of complainant.
