ORDER

 

            Persuant to the last order, Counsel for OP submits that as regard the E-Voucher of 120 Euros, the same have alredy been given to the complainant through E mail. As regards the offered settlement amount of 1350 Euros, counsel for OP has brought a DD in the sum of Rs. 124853/- equivalent to 1350 Euros at the rate of Rs. 92.48 per euro. Upon receipt of this amount, claim of the complainant stands settled. Accordingly the complaint is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
