Perusal of the record shows that complainant has lastly appeared in February 2013 almost one and a half year ago. Today is the 4^th consecutive hearing on which complainant is not present. In fact, complainant was directed to file written arguments. Neither he appeared nor filed his written arguments. Forum is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further. Whereas WA of OP already filed in May 2023. Therefore, the case is dismissed in default for non-compliance, non-appearance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
