On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 03.02.2020. Wherein she stated that she was going out of India for indefinite time. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. It seems that she is still out of India. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
