ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed. The Opposite Party No.1 shall pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- towards the expenditure incurred for travelling and Rs.15,000/- towards stress and torture to the Complainant as prayed for by the Complainant. The Opposite Party No.1 shall pay the said sum to the Complainant only after deducting the amount of Rs.31,125/- due towards the pending bills. Once the said amount is settled the Opposite Party No.1 shall hand over the car duly serviced to the Complainant. Order accordingly.
