By order dated April 04^th, 2014 passed in Revision Petition No.18 of 2014, Man Mohan Singh Deswal Vs. The Director, Fiat India Automobiles Limited and others’, this Commission asked International Centre for Automotive Technology, Manesar (Haryana) to depute an Automobile Engineer to inspect the car bearing No.HR-12K-0300 of the complainant and to submit its report.

2.      International Centre for Automotive Technology has sent a letter to Dinesh Kumar Dakoria, counsel for the complainant that International Centre for Automotive Technology cannot examine the car for the purpose of giving any expert opinion with regard to the defect and also do not have such kind of infrastructure/expertise.

3.      It has been stated by the learned counsel for the complainant that the car is already with ABS Motors, Gurgaon-respondent No.4.   

4.      In considered opinion of this Commission, Fiat India Automobiles Limited is directed to get the car inspected from its two Automobile Engineers and submit the report within ten days from the date of receipt of this order, before the District Forum, Gurgaon, where the complaint is pending.

5.      Disposed of accordingly.
