The appellants are under orders to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- and 2,500/- as compensation and 1,500/- as costs. 2. The matter related to the Electric Velocity two wheeler sold by the opposite parties to the complainant. 3. The opposite parties stood ex-parte before the Forum below. 4. The evidence adduced consisted of the proof affidavit of the complainant and Exts.P1 to P6. 5. In the circumstances and in view of the fact that the order is not a considered one it is only proper to permit the opposite parties to contest the matter. In the circumstances, the order of the Forum is set aside on condition that the appellants pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to the complainant towards costs or deposit the same before the Forum which can be withdrawn by the complainant. 6.
