17/11/2015      Complainant is represented. Seen Ptn. No. 1075 filed for O.P. Bank. Stated inter alia that the matter is mutually settled and amount was paid to the complainant. Complainant also gave acknowledgment of receipt of the said amount. Fix 01/12/2015 for necessary order.        

01/12/2015     Seen Ptn. No. 1102 filed for complainant stated inter alia that the dispute is settled between them amicably and prays for withdraw the case. O.P. is also filed a petition on 17/11/2015 vide no. 1075 of such amicable settlement. Hence the prayer of the complainant is allowed. The case is disposed of accordingly.
