Complainant present through his counsel and filed a compromise petition in the shape of affidavit stating there in that the Complainant has settled his dispute with the OP outside the Forum and does not want to proceed with the Complaint and prayed to close the case.
Perused the petition of the Complainant and found the Complainant has endorsed to the contents of the petition which has also been identified by his Advocate.
Hence the Forum order to dropp the Complaint. Complaint disposed of accordingly.
