            Both counsel for the appellant and respondents are present and submitted that the matter has been settled out of court and that in the light of the settlement the appeal may be allowed and the impugned order is set aside.  Hence the appeal is allowed as settled and the impugned order passed by the Forum below is set aside.  There will be no order as to costs. The appellant will be at liberty to withdraw the amount which was  deposited at the time of institution of this appeal.
