Heard counsel for  the petitioner.  In this case, the respondent/ complainant was declared as ‘fail’ by the University but on revaluation, it was found that he has passed.  In the meantime, the complainant has lost the opportunity to admission for MBA course.  Taking these facts and circumstances, both the fora below have awarded a meager compensation of Rs.10,000/- and cost of Rs.500/-.  In view of this, we are not inclined to interfere in the findings of two fora below.  The revision is, accordingly, dismissed with no order as to costs.
