AWARD

     In view of the statement made by the complainant on 06.02.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and the complainant has received an amount of Rs.1500/- in cash from OP No.1 through its counsel Sh.Arjun Sharma, Advocate and hence she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
