Today is fixed for S/R and appearance of the O.P. At this stage, the complainant has filed a petition supported by an affidavit along with Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card praying for withdrawing the case on the ground that the said complaint is defective in nature and does not and cannot comes under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as the said amount which is in dispute has been accruing out of the commercial transaction. Heard the complainant himself. Perused the case record. Considered. The prayer is allowed.

Let the complainant be permitted to withdraw the case and as such, the case is hereby withdrawn.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties on free of cost.
