The learned counsel for OP no. 2 has moved an application for setting aside the exparte order dated 09/01/2017. Heard. In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel for the complainant, the exparte order qua OP no. 2 dated 09/01/2017 is hereby set aside.

2.            The learned counsel for the OP no. 2 has made a statement that the OP no. 2 will pay Rs. 8000/-to the complainant within a period of 15 days from today. Thereafter learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he has heard the statement of the learned counsel for the OP no. 2 and the matter be decided according to his statement. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

3.            In view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off directing the OP no. 2 to make the payment of Rs. 8000/- the complainant within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
