The learned counsel for the OP no. 2 and 3 has made a statement that the OPs are ready to make refund of the cost of the mobile phone i.e. Rs. 9750/- to the complainant within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, subject to the condition that the complainant shall deposit the old mobile phone charger with the service centre i.e. OP no. 2 without any liquid damage. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitted that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statement of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.         In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised, However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
