Parties have compromised. Their statements have been recorded. This complaint is hereby accordingly decided. Opposite party No.3 shall pay a sum of Rs.5500/- to the complainant within a period of 45 days from today. Failing which, it shall be paid with interest @ 9% per annum from today. Hand set with accessory shall be returned by the complainant to the opposite party No.3. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
