Present: Sanjay Kumar-complainant in person.

              None for OP No.1

              Sh. Mohit Mehta, authorized person on behalf of

              Intex Technology i.e. Op No.2.

 

ORDER:   

               Parties have compromised. Mr. Mohit Mehta, authorized person on behalf of Op.No.2 as well as complainant have given their statements to this forum. As per this compromise, after depositing old mobile hand set alongwith accessory,  a new mobile hand set which amount of Rs.8800/- shall be given  by the Op No.2  to the complainant, within a period of three days. Both the parties shall be bound by the statements. The complaint of the complainant disposed of accordingly.
