COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

Present:      Complainant in person with Sh. Parveen Nain, Adv.

Sh. Harish Kapoor Estate Manager for respondent No. 1 and 2 .

ORDER

              The complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the respondents and he has received back his entire deposited amount from the respondent. Thus, he does not want to continue with present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being the matter compromised.

              Heard.

              Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn being the matter compromised between the complainant and the respondents to the entire satisfaction of the complainant.
