Despite repeated calls since morning complainant has not appeared. Present complaint case was filed on 31.07.2014. Complainant has been very irregular in appearing since 27.02.2029. Complainant has failed to appear on 27.02.2019, 21.12.2021, 08.08.2023, 30.10.2023. On 25.05.2023 instructed counsel for counsel for complainant appeared and sought adjournment for arguments. On the last date of hearing i.e. 30.10.2023 last and final opportunity was given to complainant to address arguments. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
