          Delay of 1 day in filing the revision petition is condoned.

          I agree with the view taken by the State Commission that the dispute involved in the present case is not covered under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Dismissed.

          Petitioner has already been put at liberty to approach the civil court.  However, the period of 30 days granted by the State Commission is extended by another 60 days from today.
