It appears from the order no.16 dated 16/02/2022 that if complainant remains absent necessary order will be passed.

It appears from the order no.17 that the case is referred to Lok Adalat wherein the matter has been amicably settled among the parties i.e. between the complainant and the o.p. nos.1 and 2.

Ld. Advocate appears on behalf of the o.p. no.3 and submits that Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Jorashanko Branch has not been concerned with this case and further submits that o.p. no.3 filed a petition for expunging the name from this case along with the maintainability petition, as the matter amicably settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat, so, in my view, complainant is less interested to proceed further with this case.

Hence, this case is disposed of on the basis of the finding of the Lok Adalat held on 12/03/2022.

Hence, this case is disposed of accordingly and no further order.
