Seen the complaint filed by Sri Rohit Sinha U/S-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. After registering a case , we have heard submission of ld. advocate Mr Prem Ch R Das on the point of admissibility of the complaint and have found that there is no prima facie case against the opp. parties arrayed. Hence, the complainant is summarily dismissed . The documents be returned to the complainant if they desire so.
