Perusal of the record shows that vide order dated 14.12.2023 complainant was directed to satisfy on the maintainability of the complaint. However netiher present not addressed arguments. It seems that Complainant is not interested in contesting his matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-complaince in light of the detailed observation.
