The applicant side is found ready.

Pro-OP -3&4 are found present and they have not any objection if the injunction prayer of applicant side is allowed.  The OP-1, 2 & 5 have neither appeared nor filed any W/O.

It is revealed from the case record that applicant side has already enjoying an order of injunction and the said order has also been extended the time to time.

In this position the injunction order passed in this MA case is made absolute till the disposal of the CC-75/23.  In the light of the observation made above this MA case is disposed of.
